A history of football in Gateshead, written by Goff Esther with a foreword by Lawrie McMenemy and published by Gateshead Council in 1984. As the title suggests, it looks back on Redheugh Park, the town's old football ground, and the clubs and matches played there, illustrated with reproductions of old programmes and tickets such as FA Cup ties against Bolton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur. It suits Gateshead supporters, followers of North East football and anyone interested in lost grounds and local sporting history.

The pamphlet is in clean overall condition with light rubbing and minor creasing along the spine and edges, a small mark on the front cover and slight wear to the top corner, and there is a pencilled note in the top corner of the title page. See photos
