A practical workshop manual for anyone restoring old clock movements, written by the horological author best known for his clock-building project books. It covers repair tasks such as reworking worn pivots on barrel and fusee arbors, burnishing, and cutting replacement wheels and pinions, using a small lathe and simple set-ups. Black-and-white photographs and dimensioned line drawings show each method step by step. Best suited to amateur clock repairers and model engineers with some lathe experience.
The book is in good condition, with the grey cloth boards and gilt spine lettering clean and the pages inside clean and bright. The dust jacket has some rubbing and light wear to the edges and corners, a few small marks and spots on the back panel, and slight wear at the ends of the spine. See photos
