Coin Auction Catalogues x2 November 2026 Numismatica

A pair of hardback auction catalogues from the Swiss coin dealer Numismatica Ars Classica (NAC), both for sales held in Zurich in November 2026. Auction 171 covers Part 2 of The Traveller Collection V, with coins of Central, Eastern and Northern Europe including the Habsburg Empire, Germany, Scandinavia, Poland, Hungary and the Balkans. Auction 174 covers Part 2 of the collection formed by Dr William James Conte, devoted to medieval coins of South Italy and Sicily before the Sicilian Vespers of 1282. Each lot has colour photographs and detailed descriptions, which makes these useful reference works for collectors and students of European and medieval coinage.

Both books are in clean condition with very little wear. There is a pale scuff mark on the rear board of the Auction 171 volume, and the edges and corners show only light handling. The pages photographed are clean and bright.
